The department will announce the pre-registration schedule. Students must complete all outstanding dues through the online payment system and then complete the pre-registration process via the SU ERP.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Sonargaon University is committed to providing efficient academic and administrative services to its students. The following Service Charter outlines the available services, the required process, and the respective offices responsible for each service.
The department will announce the pre-registration schedule. Students must complete all outstanding dues through the online payment system and then complete the pre-registration process via the SU ERP.
Submit the semester drop application through the SU ERP.
Apply through the SU ERP and contact the Student Welfare Division for further assistance.
Apply through the SU ERP and contact the Department Office to complete the process.

After clearing all outstanding dues, download the admit card from the SU ERP to become eligible for the examination.
Complete the Teacher Evaluation Rating and download the admit card. Semester results can then be viewed through the SU ERP.
Contact the Office of the Controller of Examinations or the Department Office. Applicable service charges may apply.
Complete the required payment and collect the documents from the Office of the Controller of Examinations.

Contact the Coordinator of the department for the supervisor list and connect with the respective supervisor faculty member. Contact the accounts office for Project/Thesis clearance.

Contact the Accounts Section for payment, dues, and financial matters.
