The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Sonargaon University, successfully organized CSE DAY 2023 on 04 March 2023. With more than 500 participants, the daylong celebration featured programming, innovation, ICT, gaming, and photography competitions, followed by a prize-giving ceremony and cultural night.
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Sonargaon University, successfully celebrated CSE DAY 2023 on 04 March 2023 at the university campus. One of the university's largest events of the year, the daylong celebration provided students with a vibrant platform to demonstrate their technical skills, creativity, innovation, and talents.
The event featured five major segments: Programming Contest, Project Showcasing, ICT Olympiad, Gaming Contest, and Photo Exhibition Contest. Students participated enthusiastically across all segments, competing to demonstrate their knowledge, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and technical expertise. The competitions concluded with a Prize Giving Ceremony, where the champions and runners-up were recognized for their outstanding performances.
The celebration concluded with a lively Cultural Night, adding an artistic and entertaining dimension to the technology-focused event. With participation from more than 500 students, CSE DAY 2023 became a significant platform for students to explore, develop, and showcase their diverse talents and skills.
The event was made more vibrant through the support of its sponsors, including PRAN Drinking Water, PRAN UP, and ALL Time Bun. The presence of Prof. Dr. Md. Mostofa Akbar, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BUET, as the Special Guest, further enriched the occasion. The successful organization of CSE DAY 2023 reflected the department's commitment to fostering academic excellence, innovation, healthy competition, and extracurricular engagement among its students.
