The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Sonargaon University, successfully organized a Gaming Contest for the university's enthusiastic gaming community. The competition featured Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), a popular online team-based multiplayer game that challenged participants to demonstrate their strategic thinking, teamwork, communication, and gaming skills.
A total of nine teams participated in the competition. The contest was conducted through three competitive stages: the First Round, Semifinal Round, and Finale Round. Teams competed throughout the different stages, with the strongest teams advancing toward the final battle for the championship.
After an exciting series of matches, three teams were recognized for their outstanding performances as Champion, First Runner-up, and Second Runner-up. To enhance the experience for the wider university community, the matches were displayed live on a projector, allowing students and spectators to follow the competition and enjoy the excitement of the games.
The Gaming Contest provided an engaging platform for students to demonstrate their strategic abilities and teamwork while promoting healthy competition and extracurricular engagement within the university community.
