Our flagship undergraduate program builds a strong foundation in computer science and engineering — combining programming, software development, algorithms, databases, networking, artificial intelligence, and hands-on projects that prepare graduates for industry, entrepreneurship, research, and global postgraduate study.
Graduates of the B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme have diverse career opportunities in Bangladesh and abroad. They can work in software houses, IT and ITES companies, telecommunications operators, banks and fintech firms, government IT departments, research organisations, and multinational technology companies.
Typical positions include Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Database Administrator, Network Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Cybersecurity Analyst, Cloud Engineer, and Embedded Systems Developer. The programme's optional-course tracks — Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Bioinformatics, VLSI Design, and Software Architecture — prepare graduates for specialised roles in these fast-growing sectors.
